Projects & EPC

Ready-to-build opportunity. Defined EPC delivery.

WestOne Energy sources and structures Romanian solar and battery storage projects with a practical route through engineering, procurement, construction and energisation.

01Source · Build · Deliver

One delivery model across the project lifecycle.

01

Source

Ready-to-build project supply

We focus on projects where critical development foundations are already established or advancing, including land position, grid connection and permitting. This enables investment and technical review to concentrate on execution rather than early-stage uncertainty.

02

Build

Engineering and EPC

Engineering, procurement and construction are coordinated through strategic delivery capability in Romania. The pathway covers design development, procurement planning, construction management, commissioning and energisation, subject to project-specific contracting.

03

Deliver

Trading, PPA and operation

As projects move towards completion, the commercial pathway is supported through energy trading, Power Purchase Agreement and offtake capability, alongside integrated energy management systems.

EPC capability

A defined technical route from ready-to-build to energisation.

03Strategic EPC delivery

Engineering capability aligned to the active pipeline.

Waldevar is identified as WestOne Energy's strategic EPC partner in Romania, supporting engineering, construction and ready-to-build delivery across the active pipeline. This relationship is expressed against the final signed partnership and project arrangements.

04EPC scope

What EPC delivery can include.

  • 01Design development and engineering coordination.
  • 02Equipment specification and procurement planning.
  • 03Civil, electrical and balance-of-plant delivery.
  • 04Solar PV and battery storage integration.
  • 05Grid interface, testing and commissioning coordination.
  • 06Construction programme, quality and HSE management.
  • 07Energisation and handover into operational management.
05Project qualification

What we look for in a project.

WestOne Energy is interested in credible utility-scale solar, battery energy storage and hybrid opportunities in Romania. Priority is given to projects with a clear ownership position, documented land rights, a defined grid route, evidence of permitting progress and a realistic pathway to financing and construction.
